TERA and OCER members and other Central Region members are encouraged to bring something of value if they wish to donate to the auction.

Auction proceeds will go to fund the mini-convention/party next year.

Ride Managers often donate ride entries, This should be a good chance to win one (or more) of these or other donated items.

Central Region Riders and Members:

Its been  a while in the making, but I finally have a contract from our 2019 AERC Central Region Mini Convention host, the brand spanking new Osage Casino, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

It is just opening , with construction still being done on the main entrance and parking lot, but is already open for business. We will have plenty of space for our meeting, and there are several restaurants and clubs on a separate level for just about everyone’s  taste in food and entertainment. It is also very close to downtown Tulsa(and the Tulsa International Airport), so dining or entertainment off the premises is also an easy option.

Our convention will start with an educational program at 10:00am Saturday the 19th  and will have a generous break for lunch and dinner. We will then reconvene for an awards celebration with  some very talented local musicians and follow up with a short business meeting on Sunday morning.

You can book a room (queen double or single king) for $ 102 by calling 1-877-246-8777.

The hotel/casino is located at 951 West 36th Street North, Tulsa, OK. 74127

Or go to the Hotels website @ and select Tulsa location.

There are several Osage Casinos, so make sure you are booked into the right location. Desk reservation folks may not have your rate locked into the group yet, so waiting just a couple days may solve any reservation issues.

I’m looking fore ward to a great time. There are people working on guest speakers  for our lineup right now, and we will post updates as they are confirmed. Have a great Thanksgiving week!
